Hi, I am Priya Yadav. I have done my schooling from Delhi Public School. I graduated in Fashion Business Management from Pearl Academy Narania. As a part of my thesis on Ayurvedic products and decided to start my own business.
Can you tell us about your products?
Aura De Purity, it’s a brand that provides Ayurvedic and Organic products made especially for Indian skin and climate, keeping the old Ayurvedic recipes in mind.
Using different clays and ingredients we make products suited for every skin type in India.
So how did you get started?
I started this company because of my own struggle with acne and skin problems. I tried every product, treatment, went to different doctors, did their medicine courses but nothing really worked.
So I started researching different recipes and started making my own Facepacks, scrubs and lotions to help my skin.
I wanted to help anyone who was struggling with unhealthy skin with good products at an affordable price.
My dream is to provide these products all over India. It’s almost 2 years since I started.
What does your day look?
I have no schedule as such. I go to the office in the morning and in the evening I try to study as I want to do my Masters.

What motivates you?
I always wanted to start my own business. I always want to learn new things and have a lot of passion for creating new stuff.
Every small detail and thing matters. You just have to take one day at a time.
How do you balance Family and Business?
You just have to find a balance if I am home I don’t think about my work and focus only on my family and vice-versa.
If you were to start again what would you do different?
I think one keeps learning and so am I. It’s been a good life, rich in learning and experience, and the best is yet to come. Every experience in life is a lesson on its own way. I wouldn’t change a thing!
About your Business
How do you get the raw materials? What are the challenges you faced in your business?
I get them from different vendors and markets and some of the ingredients we import from different countries so that we can provide the best product as much as we can.
I’ve learned that it’s not easy to establish a new brand. Every day I learn something new that I couldn’t learn in college or from books.
Do you earn from your business? Do you want to share how much you earn per month? Does it cover your expenses?

I believe that you have to work hard and believe in your dreams. Take one day at a time and give your best each day. That’s what I am trying to do every day.
There is no shortcut or formula for success; you just have to give your all to your dream. If you love what you do it will always bring you happiness and positivity in your life which will lead you to satisfaction and the success that one wants.
