I’m a Psychologist and a coach. I work with creative and career driven women. I work with them to help them improve their productivity, self-confidence, stress and success.

I love motivating women to reinvent themselves, I love helping them take charge of their lives and make decisions for their happiness and success.

Why did you decide to become a Coach? There were many reasons for me to go full on with this as a business.

One was, I disliked working for other people as it limited my creativity and freedom to do what I really wanted to do.

Secondly and the major reason was, I wanted to help women become more confident in their professional lives.

I wanted to help them achieve a reasonable work-life balance so they wouldn’t have to sacrifice their dreams and ambitions and work with them to help them see past their limiting beliefs and help them become the best versions of themselves.

I wanted to encourage women to dream and believe in their big, beautiful dreams and work on making them come true!

How long have you been at it?

I started this as a side hustle (Private consulting) about 5ish years ago and I went all in as an online business about a year and a half ago.

How do you make time for this business?

Since I now run a full-time business it’s easy for me to commit to it completely.

What does your Day look like?

No two days are alike. I kind of am a one-woman show, so there’s no help as such.

Initially I used to work round the clock now I’ve organized and segmented my days according to my appointments and other add ons to the business such as – writing articles for the blog, creating content for social media, making digital products for self-study.

How many hours per day do you spend on your business?

Initially, I was always working. Now I work 6 – 8 hours a day. It again depends on what I’m working on. But on average I spend 8 hours working on my business every day.

What motivates you to keep working on it?

My work – all of it, is for people. To encourage them and motivate them to take charge of their life. This responsibility keeps me going every day.

Apart from that, I love writing and most of my work – the blog and products require a lot of writing – its sort of a win-win. I love coaching and mentoring so it never feels as if I’m working or pushing myself.

How do you balance Life and Business?

Being a single woman I’ve got no personal responsibilities as such. But I do like to maintain a work-life balance.

Even though I love what I do, I do feel drained out at the end of the day and I make it a point to restore my energy. I don’t work after 6 pm. I read, maintain my social life, spend time with my family.

Do you work outside the business?

I no longer work and have invested all my time and energy in my full-time business. Earlier when I was working I used to meet my personal clients in the evening and on the weekends.

What is the investment required for a Coaching business?

Honestly, it’s difficult to pinpoint. I didn’t have a lot of financial investment but needed a lot of patience to get things going.

A coaching business can need a little as an investment of 10k to how much ever one needs. It depends on the client population. During my initial days, there was zero financial investment.

By how many months can we see profits?

I’d say 4 to 6 months. It could be slow and if your contacts and connections are strong as less as 2 to 3 months. It again depends on the client population and the fee.

Do you earn from your business?

Yes, I do earn from my business. It’s never the same each month so it’s hard to say how much but it more than covers my expenses.

How do you price your products?

All the products that I’ve designed are digital and ready to use products. They’re based on mental wellness and mindset growth.

Each product is priced according to the duration of the course and relation to how much they would spend for a session. (So they get the benefit of the entire course of 7 or 21 days with the cost of one session).

The products range from 200 to 900 INR.

Any tips for people getting started with an Instagram business?

Reserve the amount of time you want to spend on social media. Have a lot of patience, things take time, know your audience well, keep the spotlight on serving them more, have fun and don’t take yourself too seriously.

If you were to start again what would you do differently?

I would spend time to learn more about whom do I want to serve and would not compromise on my charges.

Can you tell us about your offers?

I offer a Coaching + Training program for women who want to work on themselves either to work on a skill or their personal transformation.

I’ve worked with women on topics such as mindset growth, communication, stress/burnout, anger, self-confidence, money mindset, procrastination, self-love…

And I’ve got self-study products for women who cannot make the time or want to privately work on their personal transformation.

These products are journals, courses, worksheets based on wellness topics.

Any other thoughts?

Nikita – Thank you for letting me part of your website and interviewing me. More power to you! Wishing you the best and more.
